All eligible students of Surendranagar Universtiy who have successfully completed their degree/diploma examinations in the academic session 2024-25 are hereby informed that the Convocation Ceremony of the University is scheduled to be held on 11th January 2026 at Surendranagar University Campus, Near GETCO Sub Station, Kothariya Road, Wadhwan, Dis Surendranagar 363030.

દિવાળી તથા નૂતનવર્ષની શુભેચ્છા શહ જણાવવાનું કે તા:- 28/10/2024 થી તા:-13/11/2024 સુધી વેકેશન રહેશે તથા સેમ-5 & 3 ની પરીક્ષાનું સમય પત્રક આ સાથે આપલી લિન્ક માંથી મેળવી લેવું. પરીક્ષા 18-11-2024 થી શરૂ થઈ રહી છે. યુનિવર્સિટી ની વેબસાઇટ ઉપર પણ પરીક્ષા નું સામે પત્રક આપવામાં આવેલ છે.
????પરીક્ષા માટે ખાસ નોંધ
▪️આવનારી પરીક્ષા સેમ 5 & 3 દરમિયાન પરીક્ષા સેન્ટર પર તમારી હોલ-ટિકિટ, , આડી-કાર્ડ ફરજીયાત સાથે રાખવાનું રહેશે. જે પણ વિદ્યાથીએ ફી અથવા આઈ-કાર્ડ બાકી હોય તેમને નીચે ની લિન્ક પરથી ભરી આપવું. તમારું આઈ કાર્ડ મેળવી લેવું.
▪️પરીક્ષા ફોર્મની લિન્ક પણ સાથે આપવામાં આવી છે જે વિદ્યાર્થી ફોર્મ ભરવામાં બાકી રહી ગયા હોય તેમને પરીક્ષા ફોર્મ ભરી આપવું.
મહત્વપૂર્ણ સૂચનાઓ
(1) તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પરીક્ષા દરમિયાન આઈડી કાર્ડ ફરજિયાત પહેરવું નહીંતર યુનિવર્સિટી પરીક્ષામાં બેસવાની પરવાનગી નહીં આપે.
(2) તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ શિસ્ત જાળવવી
(3) તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પાસે હોલ ટિકિટ હોવી આવશ્યક છે અન્યથા યુનિવર્સિટી પરીક્ષામાં બેસવાની પરવાનગી નહીં આપે.
(4). જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ તેમની નિયત ફી ચૂકવી નથી તેમની માટે યુનિવર્સિટીની પરીક્ષામાં બેસવાની મંજૂરી નથી તેથી ફી યુનિવર્સિટીમાં ભરો.
(5) પરીક્ષા દરમિયાન મોબાઈલ ફોન, ટેબ્લેટ જેવા કોઈપણ ઈલેક્ટ્રોનિક્સ ઉપકરણને મંજૂરી નથી. જો કોઈ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ઈલેક્ટ્રોનિક્સ ઉપકરણ સાથે મળી આવે તો યુનિવર્સિટીના અધિકારીઓ દ્વારા શિસ્તબદ્ધ પગલાં લેવામાં આવશે.
